In my career my focus has been two fold: 1) To assist business owners in increasing their revenue 2) Assisting organizations to define what defines excellent customer service for their customer base. Once defined, we partner to achieve that excellence. Over the span of may career I have worked in retail, manufacturing, entertainment, wholesale and technology. Personally, for the last 26 years I have been married to my best friend and together we have raised 3 sons. My passions include reading, learning, travel and genealogy.
