One month into our official release of the TechWyse Client Centre, we are happy to report nothing but positive feedback from our users! This is how it works. We can provision a “1-800” number to forward to your existing phone number. We then provide you with a login to an online administrator area where you can view all phone calls to that number, the number they came from and you can even turn on a feature to allow yourself to listen to the phone call!

Phone call tracking is the one thing that we were really missing in terms of tracking leads. We already measure email leads through our client centre but now we can measure phone calls as well. The findings we are getting a pretty fantastic actually.
