The TechWyse Team - How We Work 

Have you heard about our SMART PLAN process yet?  At TechWyse this process is the very foundation to how we work.  The process has been built from years of experience in building and maintaining long term client relationships.

In case you missed it here is how our SMART PLAN process works.

In order to maintain this process the TechWyse team is built in order to deliver full service internet marketing results.

As a prospective client with TechWyse this is how you will be greeted by our team.

Solutions Management Team

One of our ‘Solutions team members’ will take the time to learn about your company.  At this point we will identify the key areas that we can contribute to your internet marketing plan.  The solutions team will typically provide a demonstration of how this proposal will be applied to you company.  Once this is approved and signed off on the solutions team will introduce you to your account management team.

Project Management Team

This is the person who will take the time to learn the solutions that have been proposed and is primarily concerned about conversion.The primary goal of the ‘conversion expert’ is to take owner ship of the creative components of your website, determine the goal of your website and continually improve the website around that goal.  Your account manager typically has a team of 12-15 resources ranging from designers, programmers and internet marketing professionals working for them.

Once your website is deemed conversion friendly your website property manager will introduce you to your ‘Campaign Analyst’. 

Campaign Analyst Professional Team

Your Campaign Analyst acts as your Account Manager. The goal of the Campaign Analyst is to review performance.  Using our Ultimate Measurement Service the Campaign Analyst will report to you all of the following on a bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

Your Campaign Analyst is essentially the conductor of the orchestra.  They determine improvement areas and delegate tasks to the appropriate teams.

The Technical Team

The rest of the team works behind the scenes in running your campaigns on a daily basis.  This team includes all of the following:

Development Team

We have a large group of designers and programmers who are constantly working behind the scenes to improve the conversion and visual presentation of your company.  Each person is on a team that works directly with your assigned Account Manager and Campaign Analyst.

Internet Marketing Team

This team is filled with lots of enthusiastic (and sometimes rambunctious!) team members including:

The Technical Team is the orchestra.  They make all of the beautiful music that your conductor sends to them.  They are the backbone of the company and are responsible for getting all the fun stuff that we come up with completed.
