When content mixes up with graphics and visual, it becomes outstanding.

Don’t take my word. See yourself…

  4. Images are processed six billion times faster than text.

What is a visual content?

Visual content is the content that carries a piece of information in a visual way (images, videos, infographics, etc.)

It would not be wrong to say that cavemen were the first visual content marketers.

The ‘Chauvet Cave Painting’ are said to be twenty thousand to thirty thousand years old.

However, the medium has evolved, but the concept of the communication is still the same. Tell an informative story with the visuals.

Creating a visual content is not hard as it seem. There are several tools like Canvas, Shareimages, etc. You can use any of them to create visual content for your audience.

2. It Encourage Sharing

Pinterest is a visually oriented social media site. A typical visual content receives an average of 10 repins than the plain text content.

I have neglected pintrest up until now as I didn’t see its professional use. It’s clear however that it is engaging and can be very beneficial for products that are visually stimulating. The fact that 93% of pinterest users are reported to shop online makes it a no brainer for stimulating e-commerce. Great article.

Really solid advice. Heard a few of them before but No. 5 is new to me. Thanks.

I’ve had a Pinterest account for a while but not done much marketing with it. These points have made me think more seriously about using it regularly. It’s really interesting to hear that Shopify customers from Pinterest actually spend more.
By the way, there’s a small typo in the title of Section 2: “2. It Encourage Sharing”, which should read:
    “It Encourages Sharing”.
    cheers,
    Jon.

Hi Jon, thanks for like the post. Pinterest should be in your content promotion list. One of the main benefit of using Pinterest that it attract only those users who will be interested in your products or services.
And, thanks for to let me know about the TYPO. 😉
