Taping on the "Shops" tab at the bottom bar on Instagram will direct users to the existing shopping experience in the app, with a listing of posts having Shopping Tags on them. For those in the test, the Shops tab would replace the current "Activity" tab. 

This way, any seller, big or small, can kickstart their business online and get valid customers whenever and wherever is most convenient. The company said that in Facebook Shops, users will be able to message a business through WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram Direct to ask questions, get support, track deliveries, and more.
