I’m very glad to see linkedin becoming more social. It’s a great platform for connecting with employers and old colleagues. It’s also great for companies who want to hire but don’t have the budget for either job agencies or human resources staff.
I’m a member of linkedin and I’ve seen the changes.
And I’m not at all surprised to find out that 46% of searchers are using mobile devices, these devices have become more user friendly over the years and are a lot more conveniente then having to log into a computer.

That’s impressive that almost 50 percent use mobile phones exclusively for research. Though our dependence and use of smartphones has been exponentially increasing each year.
