On hold messaging turns dead on-hold time into productive marketing time. It allows you to "cross-sell" and "up-sell" — while your clients are on-hold. On hold messages will increase callers’ requests for information about specific products or services mentioned while on hold!

Requirements

On Hold Marketing(a leader in on-hold marketing in Canada) came to TechWyse to create a new website for them - specifically geared to the United States Market. The goal was not to replace their existing website www.onhold.on.ca but to create a totally new website that would focus on the USA market.

• A well designed, user friendly website with quick contact forms
• An attractive Sales Funnel banner, with a strong call to action
• A dynamic scrolling banner to advertise seasonal specials
• A dynamic MP3 upload area – for demonstration playback
• A long order form for content submission
• A user friendly, easy to navigate design – with no geographic information
• A Search Engine friendly website

With all of these elements in mind we initiated the design / development process.

The Result

The project was completed on time and within budget and boasts a new website design that is visually appealing. The new siteisclean and has imagery that reflects the product.
