Niagara Auto Auction is Niagara Regions largest auction house. Specializing in public, equipment and dealer auctions, they buy and sell vehicles with confidence ensuring that you will find all of the critical information needed to purchase with ease. As our economy gets tighter, the value of a dollar is becoming more valuable to everyone of us. Niagara Auto Auction is helping people like you afford vehicles and equipment in today’s economic downfall.

A business model such as this is almost too good to be true, which also means many people don’t believe or trust this model. After meeting with TechWyse, we came to an agreement that it is important that we build not only an educational and user friendly website, but help promote the business model online.

Requirements

Niagara Auto Auction required a search engine friendly website build, website design that tied in the theme of Niagara Falls, a tool to manage their upcoming auctions and a full content management system.

TechWyse determined the following website requirements:

• A conversion friendly top banner that explains the business (sales funnel)
• Custom website design and development
• A calendar tool to manage their upcoming auctions
• A content management system

Results

Niagara Auto Auction’s website development project took approximately 12 weeks (after project delay). The specs of the project were modified after the website was build, however with the use of WordPress integration we were able to easily modify the project.

• A complete website CMS using WordPress software:
  • Client is able to update content site wide
  • Client is able to add and update sub pages
  • Client is able to add upcoming auctions to a calendar and categorize them
  • Client is able to add consignors/association logos to a scrolling display

The launch of the website has brought the client much joy and business. They have found themselves regularly updating the website pages, upcoming auctions and blog with the easy to use content management system built out using the software WordPress. This tool will allow the company to continually grow out their website and it’s functionality using plugins and new tools that are regularly released!
