About Dr. Phelan:

Dr. Phelan is a leader in the dental industry who deals mainly with complex and cosmetic dentistry patients out of his very successful practice based in Oakville, Ontario. Dr. Phelan came to us with the idea of a website which would serve as both a website promoting his business but also as an informational hub for both dental patients and doctors alike.

Requirements

Dr. Phelan envisioned a website where he would be able to easily manage all forms of media with frequent updates to both his video and photo galleries, all the while integrating various simplified user interaction tools that encouraged visitors to participate and comment throughout the material on the site through discussion strings and social media integration. Of course in such a competitive industry, Dr. Phelan also wanted to ensure that his website would accommodate SEO best practices and would have a foundation that would get him to the top search rankings for his industry related keyword searches.

The following list of requirements outlines some of those objectives:

• Incorporate our sales funnel layout on the homepage which featured easily accessible quick contact forms that easily and efficiently capture leads
• Develop a simple to use, Word Press blog

• Implementing a simplified administrators Content Management System (CMS) that allows the admin to update, add or manipulate the majority of the content throughout the site from images, to videos to news articles
• Incorporating social media share buttons and links that allow the user to easily connect with the client’s business via social media platforms
• Private Content Section accessible via email capture

Results

By the time Dr. Phelan’s new website was complete, all of his visions had been exceeded. Dr. Phelan’s new website has been extremely well received by both his patients, colleagues and peers.
