About Dr. Eliana Cohen

Dr. Cohen is a registered psychologist practicing in Toronto, Ontario. While aiming to meet the particular needs of each client, Dr. Cohen specializes in clinical and counseling services for individuals, families and couples. Dr. Cohen first approached TechWyse to engage in Pay Per Click (Google Adwords) services. After successfully driving relevant traffic to her website, we identified that while the users were there, they were not converting at a particularly high rate. Our goal, to build a conversion friendly website.

Requirements

After proposing the idea of a new website design and build, Dr. Cohen agreed to see what TechWyse had to offer! With a conversion friendly design and search engine friendly build in mind, the following list outlines some of Dr. Cohen’s requirements:

Results

Dr. Cohen’s new website has proved out to be more than worth the investment. Our website findings include the following:

• The website design entailed a more modern look and user friendly navigation.
• A flash banner was implemented on the homepage rotating between four messages and offering a call to action after each (sales funnel design).
• Site wide quick contact forms offering a “Free Consultation”
• Power branding exercise (logo and custom website design)
• Carefully planned sitemap
• Frequent opportunity for website visitors to quickly contact Dr. Cohen, including a phone number and quick contact form on every page of the site.

The website was launched on April 30th. When comparing website leads (contact forms through the website and phone calls) from the month of April compared to the month of May, we have calculated a 30% increase in leads. The sole purpose of the website was to create a highly converting website design which was achieved and continues to be maintained.
