About Camstar

Camstar is a GTA based IT company serving clients of all types from residential to corporate. With a growing need for IT support in today's society, the client realized the importance of promoting himself online and creating a system for his clients that would allow them to communicate with him through his website.

Requirements

Specializing in commercial and residential IT solutions, Camstar's requirements were two things, determining how to organize his services and creating a feature that allow their client's to log service tickets through the website. The client found our name through Pay Per Click marketing with Google and decided that TechWyse Internet Marketing would be the perfect candidate for designing and building his website.

Camstar needed help in planning out a user friendly site map that would engage all types of visitors and clients on their website and an online ticketing system, with a custom design and easy to administer back end.

After completing our client review, we determined the following website design/development requirements:

• The client wanted a website design that represented his industry but with a small flash element
• Wanted a easy to manage ticketing system administered and hosted on Camstar's website
• Branding (logo design)
• Search engine friendly design for future online marketing efforts

Results

The Camstar website took approximately 8 weeks to create from website requirement gathering, documentation, design/creative phase, website build to site launch.

The site launch was well received by Camstar and their clients! With a new fresh, techy look, simple flash and new company structure. Some of the website design and build features include the following:

• Custom website design
• 2 slide flash show on the homepage top banner
• Site wide contact forms
• Power branding exercise (logo design)
• Service ticketing system
  • Clients are able to submit support tickets
  • Clients are able to track their issues with their login
  • Admin is able to update the status of tickets through an admin
• Search engine friendly website design and site build

Since the website has been launched, the admin side and organization of Camstar's client work has gone up in efficiency 10 fold. The easy to manage system allows client communication, less wasted phone time and growing presence in search engines.

We are looking forward to our next project with Camstar, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Advertising and Analytics Tracking.
