About Butler Mortgage

Butler Mortgage is a very successful mortgage brokerage company based out of Mississauga Ontario who was looking to re-design and develop their website into an aesthetically appealing and informative website that would allow them to both educates their visitors about their product/service, while structuring the site in a way that will simplify capturing leads.

Requirements

The client had envisioned a lot of dynamic functionality while keeping in mind not to compromise a contemporary design and feel. This took a lot of careful planning and research. Another key component to the website was of course to ensure that it was completely SEO friendly and was designed to get the best possible SERP traction.

The following list of requirements outlines some of those objectives:

• Incorporate our sales funnel layout on the homepage which featured easily accessible quick contact forms that easily and efficiently capture leads
• Develop a simple to use, Word Press blog

• Implementing a simplified administrators Content Management System (CMS) that allows the admin to update, add or manipulate the majority of the content throughout the site from videos to news articles

• Creating a dynamic mortgage rate calculator that the administrator can easily manage on the backend
• Creating dynamic rate graphs throughout the site that can easily be changed on a regular basis by the administrator on the backend
• Incorporating social media share buttons and links that allow the user to easily connect with the client’s business via social media platforms

Results

The end result was impressive all around. TechWyse was able to pull off an incredibly deep website that is user-friendly, contemporary in design and functionality but also by maintaining a professional feel.

Since launch the client has seen a dramatic increase in online leads and has been able to close them much quicker due to the fact that the lead is generally more educated about the product prior to speaking with a broker.
