Professional Web Design Means Your Project Success!

TechWyse uses a website development process that is based on the allocation of a project manger that is your single point of contact for the duration of the project. The following list is our current list of action points that occur within your website design project:
Client Acceptance
We must have done something right because at this point we have received your signed web design and development web proposal!
Choosing your Project Manager
At this point TechWyse management will allocate a project manager that best suits your web site design and development project. The project manager will be responsible for interpreting all of your requirements, ensuring all of your requirements are carried out and maintaining a high level of communications between the client and web development team.
Website Requirements
The TechWyse Web Design & Development team will prepare a detailed listing of all your website requirements. This 'master developer document' will serve as the baseline for the entire website development project.
Creative Briefing
A meeting or call will be scheduled with our Creative Director who will gain an understanding of the web design specifications for the project. The goal of this process will be to determine all of your requirements for the creative portion of the web design project including layout, style, color palette and information.
Website Concept Release
Based upon the creative brief for your web site design project, you will receive your first version of our interpretation of your creative requirements. This will be placed online for you to view as if it were your live website. From this point we would make your next level of web concept changes until the creative process has been accepted.
Website Development
Based on the original website requirements document, the TechWyse web development team would now take over. Our team would now work on integrating content, finalizing the navigation and completing any of the programming requirements (usually written in PHP, ASP, or ASP.NET) that need to follow.
Beta Release
Once we have completed the development of the website based on the requirements outlined at the beginning of the project, our team will quality check the final product and release it for the first beta release for client review.
Website Amendments
Based on our interpretation of the 'master developer document' we would now make any revisions and/or changes that are communicated through the project manager and prepare the site for final release to the live production servers.
Final Website Release
After a successful web development project, our development and design team will now launch the site to the live servers. At this point we then move the project into web maintenance and warranty mode where we will warranty our work for the following 30days.
Feedback Survey Period & Project Handover
After a successful web design and development project our TechWyse team will ask for your feedback so that we can get an accurate gauge on the successes we shared with you on the project. We would also officially close off the project and hand the communications to the project over to your account manager.
As you can see, the TechWyse Web Design and Development process is one that is based heavily upon process and effective communications. Our clients are deemed lifetime partners of ours and we look forward to developing a long term relationship that we can continue to build upon!
