(Suitably embarrassed)

Great summary DJ. The message strongest message I came away with was when you are reporting your analysis.

1) Create a maximum of 3 items to focus on "The Critical Few"
2) Display the data as clearly as possible using a vast array of accessible tools that DJ documented well. "No puking"
3) Don't reveal info about your undergarments on twitter.

While this seems very simple, it demonstrated that 90% of our customer reporting is excessive and misses the message about what is actually "sucking". TW-analysts prepare for a process change....

Jon

PS They were tidy whities.

This is truly one amazing recipe for the weekend DJ! I must say there was so much information connected to the budding Twitter application and very much thought provoking too. I must say the perspective of social media is taking some turns (for the better)!

Hope you are having good time at SMX. Juice Analytics and Analyze Words are cool tools which I didn't about hear before. Thanks for sharing valuable information. All the best for your SMX final day.

Very cool and interesting summary. Virtually you've taken me to the SMX. Thanks DJ for the live narration. What Avinash said on private data is 100% true, no one has private data in the online world. This could also be read in the context of Google being attacked under privacy concerns.
