True, Google Analytics is the most preferred web analytics tool out there. But it has some real cons too. There are only limited facilities for data integration and modification and there is no way to add off line sales or internal data into the tool. Most importantly the conversion tracking facility in the tool lets Google know how much the advertisers make using the Google service. And by knowing this figure Google can play with its minimum bid price!

Another very useful part of Analytics is SEO. Knowing high performance keywords (money keywords) makes SEO efforts more predictable.

What ultimately demands a strong persuasion element (sometimes in the form of keyword) that leads the visitor to our site. Actually customer tracking is a barometer' that measures the temperature level of our business. All the more we have to go deeper and deeper to meet the persuasion level of our idiosyncratic visitors. It is better to go a step ahead from simple keyword-visitor tracking to broader market studies, like visitors' interaction level with competitors and HOW? You've made the proper tracking aspects here. Cheers!

Google Analytics, as we all know, helps track website traffic, offering an insight into geo locations of customers and their trends. But, these I feel are mere facilitators offering goal focused information data on customer traffic. These are to be leveraged to rectify existing drawbacks and to devise remedial measures for goal fulfillment, hastening the success of online marketing campaigns
