It seems that Google started venturing outside their core realm-search. Its open source nature is appreciated but I have a strong opinion that they should not spend time and resource for these sort of things instead they should concentrate on their core competencies. No one needs to entertain any doubts on its superior features considering Google's technical competence. But then other players in field, but more especially Microsoft, are no minnows either.
